![]() The extra dive bomber is negligible but the extra fighter plane is extremely powerful. Point 11,12,13,14,15: All CV captains need to get to 15 point ASAP because the Air Supermacy perk is insanely strong. ![]() Point 7,8,9,10: No brainer, Aircraft Servicing Expert is the obvious choice. Also the battleships and carriers are much longer at high tiers so the extra spread you get from the acceleration isnt as bad. Once you get the Midway you might as well switch to Torpedo Acceleration because Dogfight expert has no effect when you are at the same or high tier. Having dogfighting expert is good on USN Carriers because their fighters are superior to IJN so on the chance you get matched up against a high tier carrier your fighters perform 10% better for each tier difference. For USN carriers get Dogfighting Expert unless you have the Midway(Tier 10 CV). The reason being is that USN air torps are the opposite of IJN torps in that they spread out FURTHER the farther they travel so if you try to do a tight spread drop with USN you will probably dud a lot more. For IJN get Torpedo Acceleration because your drop spread becomes tighter the further your torps travel. Point 4, 5, and 6: This differs depending on which nation you are playing. Point 2 and 3: Torpedo Armament Expertise for the -20% servicing time for your TBs which is very important since they are basically 90% of your damage. Point 1: Get Expert Rear Gunner so your bombers can shoot down floatplanes by them selves, and fighters that are chasing them. Here's the skills you should be taking as a CV captain:
